Excellent Surgeon and Support Team
Two previous hip surgeries by two other “top-notch” drs did not resolve continued hip and leg pain. Dr Evanson took time to carefully study my history and tests prior to my initial visit. My hip revision by Dr Evanson a couple months ago was successful and I am FINALLY pain-free and walking without a limp! He genuinely cares about the outcome of the procedure. I highly recommend Dr Evanson!

Dr Evanson was very kind and took the necessary time to review my problems. The wait time was almost an hour but X-ray was very efficient. Good visit overall.

I feel like a new person
I had extreme pain for three years until I heard of a hip preservation doctor. I thought “wow, someone that wants to save a hip instead of just the usual-go to a surgeon and have surgery recommended”. From my research there are two in the DFW area and I went to both. I was given the same prognosis by both and decided I needed to get my life back and decided to go with Dr Evanson. I feel like a new person. My legs are even now and my back pain disappeared. I did all the therapy recommended and continued on getting active again to speed up the process. So glad I did. Chris, his PA, is kind and helpful. When I was at the hospital, many staff commented on how great it was that I chose him and I would be so happy with the outcome. One nurse even said people come from all over to him that have been messed up by other doctors and he helps them when other doctors won’t. I would suggest using him. I’ve referred two others to him that have had great outcomes too.

Great Doctor
After having a prior hip scope and still having pain for years after, Dr. Evanson has been the only doctor to take my concerns with pain seriously. He correctly diagnosed me with hip dysplasia and performed a PAO and hip scope. Dr. Evanson and his team took the time to answer any and all questions thoroughly before and after surgery and didn’t make me feel rushed one bit. If you’re ever having any problems he’s the doctor to go see.

Best second opinion I could have asked for!
Dr. Evanson was my second opinion, and I am so glad I listened to my gut and made this appointment. He was very knowledgeable and gave me my options and what he thought was best for me. I had my left hip core decompression and couldn’t be happier so far with the results. The office staff and PA are the best and go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Total Knee Replacements
Dr Evanson replaced both my knees in two surgeries 9 months apart. I am completely satisfied with the results and looking at a vastly better quality of life. Dr Evanson uses the latest techniques, components and technologies and his extensive experience and background were obvious in my research when selecting a surgeon. He was extremely thorough in examining my condition and recommending treatment. He was never hurried and was careful to answer all my questions and concerns. He and his staff along with the hospital facilities were very organized and efficient. I was released the same day of the surgeries. My recovery has been excellent. I only experienced mild pain and required only minimal use of pain meds for a very short time. Physical therapy progressed very well and is a testament to the effectiveness of Dr Evanson’s protocols. I am very, very pleased with the friendly, caring and high quality care and treatment I received. Dr Evanson and his team are the very best!!

Excellent surgeon
Skill and attention to detail over and above. Excellent with the technological advancements. His PA is great with follow up and other office staff very knowledgeable. My only concern is the overall orthopedic practice office staff. Seem to be unorganized with poor attention to detail, ie cancelled appt w/o notification to correct phone # and incorrect pharmacy called for RX refills more than once.

Fantastic Doctor!
I have been a patient of Dr. Evanson for several years for knee and hip issues. Dr. Evanson was very thorough in describing different treatment options, the expected results, and if there were any out of pocket costs. Any questions or concerns I had were addressed and I was able to make an informed decision on the treatment plan. My goal to reduce pain without surgery has been achieved through physical therapy and several types of injections. I know if I have issues in the future I will be able to count on Dr. Evanson for his knowledge and guidance during my treatment.

Highly Recommend
Dr. Evanson took the time to talk to me as a patient, not just a diagnosis. He answered all of my many questions and concerns. I am now s/p total knee replacement and am doing exceptionally well. The pre and post operative instructions were comprehensive and easily understandable. Dr. Evanson has helped give me many more years of an active lifestyle. I was even able to hike 3 miles this past week in Colorado... 10 weeks post surgery!

Excellent Dr. that I would highly recommend!
It is not an understatement it to say that Dr. Evanson has truly changed my life. After years of chronic pain and being on pain medications I had a hip replacement in mid-September. Three weeks later I am on acetaminophen only, walking up to a mile, going up and down stairs, doing PT exercises and back to working from home. Dr. Evanson is compassionate and kind, and he takes the time to explain things in a straightforward way. His staff is excellent and I his PA, Kris, is also incredible. I have had two surgeries with Dr. Evanson and Team and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone!
