I recently underwent knee replacement surgery, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience, thanks to the incredible doctor and the amazing staff. From the initial consultation to the post-op recovery, everything was handled with the utmost professionalism and care.The surgeon was highly skilled, clearly explaining the procedure and addressing all my concerns, which gave me confidence going into surgery. During the operation, everything went smoothly, and I could tell I was in expert hands.Post-surgery, the staff was exceptional. They were attentive, compassionate, and always available whenever I needed them. Pain management was excellent, and I felt well-supported throughout my recovery. The nurses were kind and patient, making sure I understood all the aftercare instructions, and the physical therapists were encouraging, helping me take those important first steps toward recovery.

Easy kiosk check-in with minimal wait time. Very cheerful and helpful staff. I had hip replacement in July and am feeling great. Office, surgery, physical therapy all in the same building. I would definitely recommend Dr Agudelo!

Dr. Agudelo is professional and competent, as are the nurses that assist him. He took time to get to know me, which I very much appreciate. I recommend him as a treating orthopedic surgeon.However, I don't think I will return in the future. This is a large practice and an extremely busy one! Their automated attendant robo-dialed me to make appointments that were already made. They use a scheduling service to make patient appointments and schedule follow-up visits, so you really aren't speaking with any of the staff. Doc ordered two MRI's on me. Only one was approved. My insurance company denied the second one because there were no clear notes from the doctor why it was required. I had to pay out-of-pocket for one of the MRI's because my insurance company denied the second MRI. Trying to get an actual representative on the phone from the Orthopedic Center for the Palm Beaches to talk to CIGNA is impossible. Endless voicemails, unreturned calls, their system is broken!

I had my two knees replacement surgery this year 2024; left on February, and right on August.I had the best experience a 78 yrs old can have; I'm got rid of the constant pain in both of them, can move freely.Dr Agudelo is excellent dr, compassionate, with such a good bedside manners; I've had a good references about him, and I had the privilege to experience by myself!Thanks very much Dr Agudelo and your closest staff.

According to Physician's Return Call Policy, Doctor is supposed to return call within 24 Hours. His Medical Assistant called me after 24 Hours and said Doctor does not return calls to Patients. Also, this Doctor lied to me that I could schedule right hip replacement surgery in December 2023 which is more than five (5) months from this writing and that he would do right hip replacement surgery even if I have pin size opening in my Pilonidal Cyst Wound which I had at time of this writing. By December 2023, I am sure my Pilonidal Cyst Wound would be fully healed as he always said he will only perform my right hip replacement surgery if my Pilonidal Cyst Wound is completely healed. His Medical Assistant lied to me that she would submit my right hip replacement surgery order to his Surgery Coordinator within five minutes after I finished my appointment. His Surgery Coordinator told me that I have to get Surgical Clearance from my General Surgeon that removed my Pilonidal Cyst.

Took me back right away for X-ray and exam. Gave me a cortisone injection for my knee pain. I feel so much better! Follow up in 6 weeks.

It has been three months since Dr. Agudelo replaced my hip, and for most of those three months I have been golfing, gardening, returning to some of my previous exercise program along with the routines suggested by the physical therapists. I am VERY happy!

The hospital missed the broken SI joint that Dr. Agudelo picked up immediately on the CT scan I haad in Bethesda. I’m doing Physical Therapy and healing nicely. What a nice man. Very nice bedside manner.

Dr Agudela was my surgeon for my total knee replacement. I could write a page - but I’ll keep it short. From my 1st appointment through post op I had an exceptional experience. He explained the process, set expectations, he or his PA were accessible and accommodating, and it’s clear that he demands excellence of his surgical team. My knee was a phenomenal success - he claimed over and over that part of that had to do with me doing my part and working hard - but I’m pretty sure it is due to him and his team. The mark of a great surgeon is when medical professionals in the community smile, nod, and say, “he the best - that’s who I would use.” Well… that’s the story of Dr Agudela and his team, he’s the doctor of doctors. I am so grateful I found him and his team!

I trust Dr. Agudelo based on his skill, competence, his demeanor, and the quality of his office visit and office staff. He replaced a damaged hip almost a year ago and it was done with the highest level of expertise. I am completely comfortable with it now. I pleased with him so much that I am planning on having my arthritic knee replace by him in the very near future. I highly recommend him.

From my first visit, to my pre-op visit, to my post-op visit to my current visit (8 weeks post-op) Dr Agudelo has been consistently positive, informative and absolutely sensitive to my concerns. He is without doubt a consumate professional with exceptional skills.

I just had a total knee replacement done by Dr. Agudelo and his team two weeks ago. Today, I am walking without a cane, a crutch, a walker, or any assistance. After 8-10 years of living with pain and compensating for a bad knee, I am free again to walk and act normally.

I had hip replacement surgery 3 1/2 weeks ago. My hip joint is pain free and I am fully back to work and walking normally. Dr Agudelo is a very skilled surgeon and has a fantastic bedside manner. His support staff is excellent as well.

This was my first visit here and the check-in process was well managed and quick. I was called to the examination room at my appointment time, escorted to x-ray and shortly seen by the doctor who had the x-ray ready to display. He thoroughly explained the issue and suggested the options for treatment. Very thorugh and professional.

I would highly recommend Dr Agudelo he fixed my problem with my knees and restored my confidence in finding a excellent Doctor the really cares about your well being . Many other Doctors I have been to , want to find a quick fix and take your money. I cannot say enough good things about Dr Agudelo and Staff .

Dr. Agudelo is extremely thorough, very informative and clearly communicates my issues with me. He takes his time and answers any questions I have.
