Very disrespectful and unprofessional
I was trying to be a patient of Mr Alzat but after my 1st visit he was very disrespectful and didn't care about my issue so I told him that and he told me he will not help me and told me go to the er and get help and canceled my next appointment and said I was not welcome dude to my behavior. My behavior was telling him not to talk to me disrespetful so he got mad and waked out the office and just left me there with no answers to my issue and later had os nurse tell me to find another doctor. Just not good for a place that you expect to care for you especially when they know your pain is a level 10 with no relief. Just in awe how I was treated so badly by a so called doctor who is supposed to care for a patient. Still in need

First visit was a I pad visual, he was very nice and listened to me, I felt his confidence in his demeanor, and went over my MRI with me and showed me me c4 thru 8 was actually touching my spine. When I saw him after surgery he didn’t really come in the room just said your good to go home, almost a wk after I fell upside down out of my lounge chair, I was stuck upside down till I finally moved my legs to the right in so much pain ended up in ER, they took X-rays, I was too swollen to see anything, my follow up appointment, I saw his PA, she knew nothing about my fall, I was in intense pain, I thought he would follow up with me but nothing. My chest, neck back are bad, not to mention I have dystonia and my fingers hand r numb. Now I feel like a just another number.

Dr. Alzate knows what he is doing and 1000 confident in himself. He removed a tumor from my brain and you can’t even tell I’m very impressed with his work and the passion he has for his patients and the work he does. If I could give him 10 stars I would. Very professional and was great at explaining my procedure to me.

I just came from there office and saw him for the first time. I found him to be very nice, but right to the point which is good. He treated me like a human being and my husband was there and liked him. He is taking it conservatively in hopes to avoid surgery on my neck and the disc is bone on bone and I appreciate that, but I might need surgery yet, but praying no. I also have a back issues, so it two fold. It is God's hands and when I read reviews and looked at him, well he is my doctor now

Dr. Alzate is a good surgeon. He does not have a good bed side manner. His office visits are run like an assembly line. He seem unwilling to listen to patients and unable to admit that he could have misspoke. I do not believe he knows or cares which patient is in front of him. He ordered superfluous tests and failed to fully inform me of all aspects of the surgery. When confronted with the fact he had omitted details, he refused to admit that is was even a possibility.

I have read all the reviews about this doctor, Some were horrible but I thought I should give him a chance. I came to his office for the first time, He was rude and did not treat me, his patient, like a human being at all. Patients come to a Dr. when they are in misery, They do not deserve to be talk down to with an arrogant tone of voice and with a demeaning attitude. He may have the knowledge to make big money but he does not´have the heart of a real doctor..

This will be my second appointment so far with Dr. Alzate and I couldn't have been more comfortable seeing him. He makes you feel special and treats you with the upmost respect. He listens to you, then suggests a treatment plan immediately. He takes my feelings and my pain level into consideration right away. I couldn't be more pleased.
