Dr. Juan Flores, MD

I had a sleep test on Nov.5th and was diagnosed with sleep apnea. I was told Dr. Flores would be in touch within 10 days to have an apnea machine set up for me. It's now over a month later and have heard nothing from his office. Frustrating to say the least.

Dr. Flores saw me for my one lung , asthma and sleep issues. I was sent for a sleep study to address my continual insomnia. During this sleep study they said I slept longer than I did, and I had huge concerns regarding the professionalism displayed to me when I got my results online. I messaged him to feel comfortable enough about having my next appointment with him. He did not respond, but someone on his behalf said he will go over results with me in November. That wasn't at all what my message was about and I felt abandoned as a patient. None of my concerns were addressed. They focused on my breathing only during the results, and not once was my concern of insomnia addressed. I felt like a number here and not like a patient that he was caring for. My husband saw him too. He still has the continual cough that he has had for months. Dr. Flores had him to an at home sleep study and an X-Ray. They both came back ok, but my husband still has the cough. Dr. Flores has showed no concern abo

If I could give him 10 stars I would. Dr. Flores was very friendly, professional, and went beyond. Very knowledgeable.

Very good. Knows his stuff, listens well. Since he is part of Duly, sometimes there can be communication and scheduling problems.

So since before March 14th until today I have yet to get a response from Dr flores's office about the thrush that was caused from my asthma medicine. I'm immunocompromised and this place is such a joke. I would never recommend them nor would I recommend dually Healthcare because they truly don't care about your health. See the screenshots. See how ridiculous this is. They don't even have the dates right that I was in their office. And as you can see as of yet. No response. No calls.

Compassionate doctor. He listens and does not rush devoting time to listen to your health concerns.

Good bedside manner during office visits. Asks questions and allows time for questions. Prescription Refills are a nightmare. Can only order refill on the day it runs out. If need new script written, difficult to contact. Difficult communication through Duly app also. Not very prompt responding. Absolutely do not recommend if taking any medication for narcolepsy and get pregnant.

Dr. Flores ordered a sleep study for me which I went to. Sleep study center told me my doctor would contact me within 10 days with my results. NEVER HEARD BACK FROM THEM. WHEN I CALLED THEM..Staff said my sleep apnea results were OK???? BUT THAT was NOT the reason why the sleep study was ordered??!!

I actually saw this doctor today and found him to be very rude. He asked me about why I missed an earlier appt. and why I was late. He said I ruined his schedule for the day and that he was behind now. I felt like I was being interrogated and what he said was out of line. I take meds, so that was the main reason for my visit. He did not really offer me any present solutions for my hypersomnolence. As a student with a heavy school schedule, I feel helpless and plan to take caffeine pills.

Dr. Flores listened to my concerns. He was very helpful and gave me great advice on how to treat my insomnia. I would highly recommend him to anyone with sleep issues. His staff was also very friendly and made you feel welcomed to the office.

Took excellent care of my family member.

Dr Flores was very knowledgeable and great to work with, however working with the group is a nightmare you never know what is going on and what the process is going to be. This seems overly complicated and convoluted for CPAP treatment.
