Closed up, went out of business
Went out of business, left all his patients hanging without sending them to a diffrent doctor, that's just goes to show you how Healthcare is in the lower valley, it's all about the money, could care less about the patient. South texas Healthcare is bad. Shut the rest of the clinics down in South texas.

Great Doctor
Dr. Garcia is a wise, kind and professional person. He is quick, some may say rushed, but truly he’s not. He gets to the matter quickly and efficiently. He is quick to find the best care my family needs, be that through his office or through referrals. His new staff is efficient at scheduling referrals and I truly like his appointment reminders. I truly appreciate his respect for his patients, in that he doesn’t stay in a room just he and patient. There is always a nurse present. Should I have an issue with staff he listens, though to be honest I’ve only had positive experiences… Draw backs is the over crowded reception area, but waiting in the car is an option. The other is getting through with phone calls; but his office is busy, so that’s to be expected.

The staff scheduled an appointment over two weeks ago to go over blood work results. They still have not called me. I’ve called several times after that and still no call back. Very upset and disappointed.

Excellent Doc but the office does not follow social distance, waiting are is full. There is no system alert to confirm or remind the appointments. They still with the paper record (sad). The staff is always overwelled and does not respond to questions or returning calls. No temperature or vital check. No professional nurses, they never use manner or introduce themselves.

Dr Garcia is great. His front office staff needs some instruction on office etiquette and compassion. We to have had problems with our pharmacy sending request for refills and no response from Dr Garcia’s office 2-3 days later. Even second requests are not acknowledged. Very frustrating. If I didn’t like Dr Garcia so much I would switch Drs. —-disgruntled patient 6/5/2019

While the Dr. Is great, the staff needs to work on their organization. My pharmacy sent the drs. Office a medication renewal request, 5 days later, the office hasn't responded, returned the request back to the pharmacy. Nurese, aides need to realize that the patientsame need these meds. And referals. Why does it take you so d....... long to do things. Besides nothing what occupies the 8 hrs. Of all the staff. Dr. Garcia, you need to get on to your staff about calliprescription on time.

While Dr. Garcia himself is great, his staff is horrible. Starting from the receptionist always have a sour attitude, to lack in efficiency of managing their patient visits, to filling out prescriptions on time(with days of advance notice), to not sending out the referrals to get the medical services patients need. Dr. Garcia has been our families physician for the last 10 years, however, the lack of quality staff has made me consider looking for another practice.
