Highly recommend
He is a caring professional that takes his time with the patients and listens. I've never had a problem getting an appointment, especially when I am sick, which is the main reason for most people having a doctor. In my experience most doctors are too busy to see you when you really need them and they give you an appointment 1-2 weeks out. By that time you don't need to see them anymore. Dr. Otero has always been kind and prompt.
