Dr. Pulido is rude, condescending and lacks empathy. During my stay in ICU at St. Vincent's in Jax, FL because of a heart attack, he lectured me about smoking and told me that the day would come that I won't be able TO WIPE MY OWN BUTT! That comment was unprofessional and extremely condescending. I was already devastated that I'd had a heart attack, had to have a stent and angioplasty (age 58) and his disrespectful attitude was yet another shocking blow to a bad situation. He's a horrible Dr.

×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Pulido?
Tried to schedule my first appointment and got a terrible run around by the office staff who didn't know how to do their job for over a month who at first kept saying they didn't receive my referral yet and to call back. Then when I offered to email it to them, they couldn't confirm it with my insurance provider when they received it. Needless to say had to find another doctor.

I was there total time of 2 hrs for some tests and follow up. the tests totaled about 30 min, the rest of the time was spent waiting. He did apologize for the wait. about 2 months later I get a bill for $600. I have insurance so I try to call and cannot get through to billing I have tried 3 times today, last time waiting over 10 min but I cant wait any longer. Not sure how to resolve this!!!
