Dr. Juan Rodriguez Ramos, MD

I saw Dr. Rodriguez Ramos at ARC in 2020 when I was referred for my chronic cough and general misery. When he walked in he asked what I wanted him to do. I was so thrown off I wound up paying my co-pay to be told I was imagining it. Finally decided to see another allergy specialist who has not only found the cause of my cough and how to manage it, but also some other contributing factors. That's what I wanted you do to, bruv.

I have known this doctor for several years. He has helped me through lifelong allergy afflictions to a stage where I will shortly no longer need monthly serum injections. He also advises me on Asthma and other breathing difficulties. Easy to talk to and quick to respond to my emails.

Dr. Rodriguez-Ramos was the first one available for appointment. Although I read the reviews here, I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt and went ahead to see him. His PA was compassionate, good at listening, and politely asked me to sit on the examination table; once she left, here came this haughty doctor who ordered me to come down from the table and sit on one of the two chairs so he could be further away from me. While I was sitting on one of the chairs in the tiny examination room, and he was standing looking down at me the whole time. It was very weird since I have never had this type of doctor-patient encounter. What's worse is he didn't seem to be genuinely interested in providing care. I feel like I wasted my $$$ and my precious time. If you are reading this review, turn away and find another doctor. Save your time and money.

I scheduled an appt with Dr. Ramos who was available earlier than my usual allergists. Big mistake - he saw me for a very few minutes - then said he'd phone in a prescription at a pharmacy he confirmed I use. No prescription phoned in - checked again today after 24 hours - nothing. Big Mistake

I transferred into Texas from another state where I had been seeing an allergy specialist. It's hard for me to find the words to state how terrible this guys is. It was astounding. If he knows what he is doing, it didn't show. Save your time and go elsewhere.
