Dr. Judepatricks Onyema, MD

The visit with Dr Onyema was the result of two separate incompetent, negligent, emergency doctors, at two separate facilities. It wasn't easy to fix what they had caused, but Dr Onyema was spot on with his treatment, and having the proper orders sent to home health for dressing changes I between visits to him. Everything healed nicely and without incident once Dr Onyema took over treatment.

Dr Onyema and everyone on staff are superlative medical practitioners. Dr Onyema treated me for an open wound following a below the knee amputation. With best practices and a dedication to quality care I was able to heal completely and get on with my physical therapy. from Lisa at reception to Diana as lead nurse I was treated with dignity and respect. I can't recommend this practice high enough. You won't regret choosing them for you care team.

Dr onyema is a good doctor BUT his office staff is sub par to say the least! The office person/nurse Carla is rude! She doesnt ever call back regarding prescription refills. She's the worst!

I am very ill, and attempted to explain to this Dr. In return he put me on his "miracle weight loss diet" that would fix everything, because he "wrote it and the FDA and all other doctors are wrong". I explained to him at every visit how badly I felt and had specialist's notes sent to him. I was unable to continue working. He dismissed my symptoms as a former "flu" and said my pain/fatigue were "subjective" and refused to properly fill out my employer paperwork so I'd be covered while attempting to find out what's wrong. I went to a new Dr. who tried a regimen of meds to help me, but it was too late. My immune system is apparently severely compromised and I ended up hospitalized for 5 days. Now I will have to battle with my insurance. Due to Dr. Onyema I was denied. He sent in notes to short term disability that I was only there for weight loss and "didn't want to go back to work". I went septic and could have died. I have been nearly bedridden since 04/28, long recovery ahead.

I was a patient at the ORMC in rm 535. the all around clock Doctor and Nursing staff was great even the dietitian server who brought me my food tray to my room, and the Staff from the Emergency rfm to the Triage to the back with great Nurses and even the lady who carted me to my room. . I had a very great experience and would definitely recommend this Staff and the room to any incoming patient. Its beyond 5 Star Rating. Thanks Doc and ORMC
