Yes, I'm a concierge member and the one thing that I would say that could be improved when Dr. Lee Vogt gives me referrals that are covered under my insurance that I get information right away, a call or even something through MyChart. But I did get a referral to acupuncture and my insurance didn't cover it. When I came for a follow up appointment, I had to ask about it and then I wasn't told that there is a cash option to do this. So, and then the other day, I just did look on my MyChart and I saw the natural path, Dr. (INAUDIBLE) and I did get charged for the visit which is included one visit with the concierge. So I will call the billing for that. But other than that, I've had a great experience. The staff's been very welcoming, and the facility's convenient and the parking

I would leave her a thousand stars if I could. Dr Vogt diagnosed my mother in law's cancer when other doctors were saying she just had a bladder infections. She is an excellent doctor with a wonderful bedside manner. She was really good with my mother in law and was there for her every step of the way. She takes her time and finds out what is really going on with you, not just a guess. She continues to look for a solution until one is found. I can't say enough good about her.

Its sad that I have to do this BUT if I dont then no one will no - trying to call in and get an appt with Dr Vogt and the operator was extremely rude and not very accepting and listening. I stated EXACTLY what I wanted and she continued to put words in my mouth and then tell me what they "dont do" as opposed to what they can do. I WAS going to be a new patient but they definetly swayed my decision for that. I will look elsewhere unfortunately since I heard she was amazing..Fire the receptionist.
