Horrible. I went in because I had very bad knee pain after a fall. She barely looked at my knee, told me I probably had arthritis and recommended I use Tiger Balm. I went right from her office to an Urgent Care, who sent me on to an orthopedic office where I was diagnosed with a badly torn meniscus which required surgery.

I switched to a different medical office because of Dr. Duran. She didn't seem to care at all about my well being.

She went through her list of questions like reading from a book. No eye contact at all. Did not acknowledge what I said about how I felt--simply dismissed my questions about symptoms. Would definitely not return, nor recommend her to anyone. Disappointed that she is a member of the TMC One team

Do not let TMC One schedule you with her if your PCP isn’t available. I was in there for 15 minutes and she mostly went down the list of questions they typically ask. She seemed in a hurry and could have cared less about how I was feeling or what I had to say. She left to get me a referral and I thought she was going to come back to see if I had any questions as they usually do but instead the nice medical assistant gave me the referral. She never asked if I had any questions.

I have been to her twice now and both times she didn’t help me at all. Was just here for cold symptoms and she said u have allergy’s. What a waste of time. Was there for really bad muscle cramps and all she said was to drink water. She’s a lousy doctor. She doesn’t listen. TMC one should not have her as a doctor.

Don’t waste your time or money with this doctor. TMC should be ashamed they hired her. Completely ineffective.

My husband took my son too see her for a sick visit appointment. Unfortunately, due to having to leave work to take him my husband was 5 min late to the appointment. We aren't typically late to appointments because it's a pet peive of mine but life happens. Well, she would not see my son because they were 5 min late. We were not aware of any policy it wasn't posted or told over the phone. Most doctors have a 15min policy well not her!

This Dr. could care less! Zero bed side manner! Awful, rude, and didn't listen at all! She has so many open appointments because she is terrible!

Never asked my name or introduced herself. Didn't listen to a word I said. It was like she was just reciting from a textbook.
