Dr. Julia Brookman, MD

Dr Brookman was there when I needed her most, she reassured me that everything was going to be ok when I found out I had cancer and she did my surgery. It went really well. Thanks to her expertise and her team, I am cancer free.

I feel bad I waited this long to write a review. Dr. Julia Brookman did a fantastic job on my surgery. It has been over one year and I never had any problems post surgery. Not one. She is very personable and compassionate. She took the time to answer all my questions pre and post surgery and her team should be commended as well. I have been in the healthcare field for 25 years so I know what good care is and what bad care is. Her care was top notch. Dr Brookman did a great job on surgery. She is skilled and knows her stuff. I had an allergic reaction to the pain medicine and went to urgent care because it was Friday after hours. The Dr took me off the pain meds gave me 9 pills to get me threw till Monday. I called to get help from Brookmans office and was told to take ibprofin until I could be seen in the office that NOTHING would be done until then. I just had to be in pain. I fired her office and will have follow up care with my primary care Dr. The 1st time I ran out of pain medicine I called at 730 am for help. I Finially got help at 430pm after being in SAVERE pain all day. You make your decision. But her staff is unsympathetic to your pain at any point in time. But I like the doctor she's good.

An ER visit turned into surgery, so I was unable to check out doctor reviews as I normally do. Lucky for me, Dr. Brookman arrived, taking excellent care of me, and even calming my worried husband. Follow up visits were great --- she answered all my questions and took the time to explain my options moving forward. I feel fortunate our paths crossed during this stressful time in my life.

Dr Brookman is amazing! She explained everything and answered my questions completely. Next time I have surgery, I will call her right away. She is the Best!

Would recommend her for sure. Did my robotic hernia surgery and I recovered well. I could tell she cared about my experience and how I felt.

Dr. Brookman is an amazing Surgeon and explained everything about my surgery. She gave me great information about what to do after the surgery for breast cancer and it helped me to heal quickly and without any problems.
