Went in for lab work and was told they wouldn’t treat me without a mask. I wasn’t sick, just there for bloodwork for follow up visit. I said I’ll find a new doctor then. If the doctor can’t treat people without forcing them to wear a mask, she needs to get out of the profession.

She won’t allow sick patients to enter her office. Go figure! My husband had a stroke due to her not wanting him in her office due to a long lasting headache . She had the worst practice policies . No wonder she had room for new patients . Worst office and terrible patient care.

I have been on a certain prescription for 20+ years. I asked Dr Harris to renew it for me but she wasn't comfortable with the drug. She said no and offered no other options. 'She wasn't comfortable prescribing this drug.' Really? Is there no other option? I am suffering because I don't have this prescription and I am going elsewhere for medical care. Do not go to this practice.

I have never had a bad experience with Dr Harris or any member of her staff. They have always brought their A game towards giving their sound, both medicinal and therapeutic care patients .THANK U I

Terrible communication, still have not heard from them regarding MRI of Thoratic spine, was being treated for muscle spasms when, in actuality, I had 2 fractured vertebrae. Fortunately I had good sense to call my pain management dr who referred me to a neurosurgeon, had 2 kyphoplasty and I still have not heard from Harris office! I reported them to Medicare and the office manager out and out lied to the case manager. Awful experience.

Horrible!!!! Office does NOT return phone calls. All you get is a recording for 8 minutes then put into a voicemail!!!! All I need is a fax number so I can transfer to another Physician, NCH office!!!!!!

Dr. Julia Harris is my GP. She is amazing! She is caring and thorough. She just made a referral to an orthopedic surgeon for me, and I am very happy with her referral. I rarely have trouble seeing her personally and if I have to use her a PA, they are also very professional and caring.

Dr Harris paid careful attention to the details of my issue and resolved them successfully. Highly recommend

Horrible bedside manor. Saw her for, was very rude and rushed. She handed me of to her NP. Never saw her again even when appointment schedule with her. Alway pushed on to NP. Poor technology and care coordination.

I tried 3 times to make an appointment with her because my former family physician has retired. Her staff gave me the run-around and never called me back. If she's not accepting new patients, then just say so!

I started as a laser facial patient with Dr. H and then transition to her as my primary and then from that to concierge. I did not benefit at all from the concierge after 3 years so I dropped out of that and went back to just my primary. Offered to see one of the PA's but she said no. Should have sent me to one of those or just dropped me as a patient all together, not at all what a primary doctor should be. It was all about coming for appointments with very little accomplished.

Very through. Listens to what you tell her about your health and symptoms, gives you time to ask questions and makes referrals to specialists where needed. She cares about her patients. Does not rush you through her office. Spends the time necessary to treat your medical issue. Very good with follow up. Very good diagnostician.

I just had my 2nd visit at Dr. Harris' office. I never write online reviews but I felt compelled because the service I've rec'd the last 2 times has been exceptional. Every single person that I experienced from the moment I walked in the door until the moment I left was extremely friendly and professional. Dr. Harris is not only very knowledgable, but is very thorough and spent a lot of time with me. The best part was that both times I only waited in the waiting room for a couple of minutes!

I am a grateful concierge patient. Dr. Harris has been my primary care physician for 11 years. She is thorough and caring. She found my cancer when the radiologist didn't even see it. She explains the ins and outs of all my tests and stays on top of things. You couldn't find a better doctor!

I wonder why all these reviews are written in the past 6 months. I left Dr Harris's care several years ago mostly due to the staff. Also, her PA at the time made unkind comments about Dr Harris to me directly. It became apparent that I was not going to be seeing Dr Harris due to the new Healthcare guidelines and she became a "concierge" doctor. I could not put up with the inept staff. For all these reviews to say how welcoming and friendly her office staff is, seems very questionable.

Dr Julia Harris is caring, present and invested in the health and wellbeing of her Patients. The Office is staffed with warm and professional personnel. An outstanding Medical Practice.
