Extremely happy with our family's new doctor/office, Dr. Julia Harris. Friendly office staff and physicians. Love the patient portal they use! Have had nothing but great experiences there so far!

Dr. Harris herself is excellent physician, unfortunately the same cannot be said for the operation of here practice. The administrative side of this practice is nothing less than incompetent. It routinely takes three or more calls over multiple days to get prescriptions refilled or initial prescriptions that are written incorrectly corrected. Beware of the transfer to the nurse line saying they will call back within 4 hours. they usually average closer to 48 hours after multiple messages.

Dr Harris is thorough with exams. She listens well. Her office is efficient, and I usually wait no longer than 15 minutes for service. The entire office staff is accommodating and pleasant. Jennifer, the Nurse Practitioner also is knowledgeable and thorough. I have no hesitation seeing Jennifer. I never feel rushed during an appointment. Lab work is done on premises, and staff takes blood without pain.

Tried to schedule an appointment as a new patient. No staff taking a phone call, just automated answering machine. Left message as instructed. No call back in more than 5 business days. I would not recommend this office if you are looking for a new PCP.

Since I am a patient of Dr Harris (3 yrs already), I never met her (!). I am looking at her photo, and I can tell: never met her. The we'll call you back does not really work, waiting time on phone (on hold) is frequently over 15 min (!), and when I call them again I got lectured like I should have waited at the first time. So my experience is not even with her, I don't know, should I recommend her?

Although Dr. Harris seems competent, call backs to patients are non-existent for follow up so I have changed PCP

Dr Harris is professional, listens carefully and is clinically contemporary in her management of my care. I truly appreciate that she asks that we design a plan of care together that will work best for me.

I have not met Dr. Harris on my first visit a day ago. I advised the Substitute that I had a Brain Aneurysm in 2008 and are still having a tough time trying to recover. She advised me, that they have contact with a Doctor who is an expert in that area and they will send me to him. However, I never received any information regarding that Doctor.
