This was my first visit and thinking to be my last visit. When I got there, was told they never received my referral. I mentioned it was sent. The nurse was nice. The Dr. welcoming was not warm, didn't introduce herself. It was almost like I was bothering her.

My medication seems to be doing exactly what I was told it would. I only return in a year next time. I would definitely recommend this doctor and her staff to anyone I know.

Worst experience and will now be finding a new doctor. Have been a patient for 20 years and in my mid 40's. After a few irregular periods (due to age, stress, etc) and a normal pap smear, as I am extremely healthy, they tried to scare me using the C word several times and requested I have ultrasound. I explained I have read several articles online and it's normal to have a few irregular periods at my age (46) or pre menopausal age and really don't see a reason as my exams were healthy. The nurse practitioner looked at me and said, "No, you are not pre menopausal, anything less than 21 days apart is not normal and could indicate cancer and your pap smear only checks for cervical cancer." Had ultrasound and met with Julia Romero who was extremely unprofessional, looked half asleep and as if I was bothering her. Just walked in and said my results were normal and sat there. I had to start asking questions to get any information. I don't even think she read my chart as to why I was there.

Would not go back to her. She doesn’t have a welcoming and warming demeanor and she didn’t even pay attention to my questions. I would not recommend her at all. She needs to work on her communication skills ASAP!!!

She delivered my second daughter and I wish I did not witness how unprofessional she was in skills and ethics! She was still at her Yoga class while my wife was on the delivery table. I was present at the delivery and to describe her technique to deliver my daughter would give you all a nightmare! If I could give a negative 10 stars I would more than gladly do so! There are many wonderful Drs out there folks! Do ur research.
