Dr. Julian Hernandez, MD

We needed paperwork filled out to provide therapeutic services for our two children. One doctor filled it out for us without have to make an appointment. Julian's office said we needed to make an appointment. I arrived with my children because we were told we had to and filled out the intake forms. After the vitals were taken he came in an said that my spouse was rude on the phone and when I said 'ok' because I was not aware of this interaction he told me to leave and stay away from his clinic. I do not recommend him to anyone who is need of medical care. He is not even interested in providing the services he requires and should not be a practicing physician.

Dr. Hernandez listened patiently as I explained what I needed for my children. He communicats well without talking down to me. He explained the how's and why's of his treatment recommendations. His receptionist is helpful with scheduling and last but not least, they are timely with sending new prescriptions and refills. So happy to have him.

bank card had been stolen that morning and they would not take a check. refused to do my fasting labs without co-pay being paid first / I could pay as soon as I could get a new card that morning

Very horrible he dose NOT listen to you all he wants to do is do lab work and i find that fishy because he dosent help with anything you'll waste your time i dint care about waiting to see a good Doctor but that he is not he will talk over you and tell you how you feel instead of hearing you out and he didnt even have a of of patients waiting but he rush thru everything i went in on a friday had pain went back the following tuesday still in pain and because my lab didnt show a reason why i would be in pain he say well i dont know what could be wrong.....but intead of him hearing me out he just said well i dont know .....................WORST DOCTOR I HAVE EVER SEEN

He used to be a wonderful family doctor. It was like going to visit family, and he was very sensitive about my disability. Now, patients are treated like strangers, the Waits are along in the visits are short. I have a heart condition, my last visit my heart rate was 144. He would not even see until I could give a urine sample, knowing very well that after numerous bladder surgeries that's very hard for me to do. I offered a mouth swab, I offered blood but he still refused to see me. I'm sorry, but with a heart rate of 144, he could have at least listen to my heart. I don't go there unless I have to anymore. I miss the old Dr Hernandez, he was so much nicer

Dr Hernandez is the best dr I've seen in a long time. I'm sad he doesnt work in Jacksonville any longer.

I had an appt at 4:15 for pain in my lower back so severe I couldn't stand straight up. Dr. Hernandez wouldn't even come in my room to address my pain because I was unable to pee in a cup. Matter of fact, they sent me away in pain.

I've been seeing Dr. Hernandez for 2 years. He is wonderful!! He is very thorough and genuinely cares about his patients. I will follow him wherever he goes. Angie Wilson.

I am actually sitting in his office right now. He is the best doctor I have had in a long time. I'm a complicated case and he took the time and listened and gave me some good options.

The best dr I have found who listens to me symptoms and concerns. Just found out he is leaving Jacksonville. Don't know what I will do without him.

My husband and I have finally found a doctor who listens. He is fair, straight forward and honest. My concerns are addressed immediately.
