Broken-hearted to hear this phenomenal doctor left
Skilled, great bedside manner. After cataracts corrected, at 77 years old, I can see colors and only wear readers for close up vision!

i had my first visit with Dr. Tokarev and was very impressed. He was very thorough, fully explaining the extent of my eye problem, and the procedure to remedy it. He listened to me intently and asked questions to completely understand. I never felt rushed. I have full confidence in his ability. I highly recommend him.

Young Dr. Julian is very nice, until you disagree or not do what he wants. Then he becomes rude, obnoxious, argumentative, and persistent like a telemarketer (he will also keep calling you for additional appointments until you make one). All types of doctors are a dime-a-dozen in Bergen County. Do yourself a favor and pick another of the many top rated doctors in the area that will not behave like spoiled little brat business men.

Phenomenal doctor!! Always willing to answer questions, and make sure as the patient you have a full understanding of your diagnosis, and treatment. Highly recommend to anyone!

Dr. Tokarev is a compassionate and skilled physician. He cares about his patients and pursues the best possible outcome. Dr. Tokarev takes the time to thoroughly explain all aspects of the condition and treatment options. I could not have asked for a better physician to care for my daughter's complex eye condition.
