Again, I wish there was an "excellent" option to the above questions. I was recommended to Dr. Bort by my daughter, and in turn have recommended my sister and father to this Christ Hospital Physicians office.

The check up portion and monitoring of my ongoing conditions (blood pressure, thyroid,etc) was adequate. I did however mention having ongoing discomfort and pain in my hand and wrist. She said she would look at it and she did not. My concern was again ignored. I say again because I brought up a couple concerns last time that it appeared she made note of but did not address with me at all. There seems to be no real point in mentioning any issues

Dr. Bort listens and communicate clearly.
Professional and friendly staff. Dr. Bort takes time to listen to our concerns and never makes you feel rushed. She has a very calm demeanor which definitely helps patient to stay calm. Clearly explains conditions and medications.
