Rude, reckless
Dr. G is very abrasive and makes decisions without first listening to you as the patient. She is stubborn, reckless, and unpleasant. More concerned with her ego than patient care. I hope to avoid her in the future when I am in the hospital.

Ms. Beaty: Dr. Gorchynski is correct. Being unable to void for ten days gave you ten days to find a GI specialist. An emergency room treats life- and disabling injuries—it is not a clinic. By the way, Dr. Gorchynski is among the finest physicians whom I know. Just hope you’ll see her should you have a genuinely emergent event.

Saw Dr. in ER all of 10 minutes. Was ill for days unable to producebowelmovement/vomiting for 10 days. Weak/fever/w/severe abdominal pain.Dr. stated I did not belong in the ER. My health was not emergent like "appendicitis" or a "stroke". Said by the way you do have a Kidney Stone and an Abdominal Hernia. Her words, go see a Gastroenterolgist; "we do emergencies here we DONT diagnose people." Discharged me stating I was Opiod Dependent/and a Substance Abuser. Barked up the wrong tree doctor!
