I made an appointment in December for my son to be looked at who is a current patient. We couldn't get in until the end of January to look at possible melanoma on his face. We then went to our appointment in late January and arrived 30 minutes early for the PA McKenzie to be in the room with us less than 60 Seconds. She says that we must come back for another appointment for a biopsy. Now we have an appointment for March 5th, 4 months after we requested an initial appointment for a possible cancer. I'll be searching for another dermatologist solely based on my experience today with the PA. They just lost three patients

Scheduled an appointment a month out and could only get in with the PA. (Have detailed email from the day I scheduled it with date/time and other details). The appointment was at 9:00 am. We showed up at 8:55 and was told they show the appointment was at 8:45 and since we were 10 minutes late they would have to reschedule! We found another dermatologist. I recommend you do the same.

Horrible practice! My mother made an appointment in early December for a cancerous mole on her nose. They told her they accepted her insurance (Medicare) and made an appointment for Jan. 31 st. Upon arrival, they said they did not accept her insurance. When she asked to pay cash for her visit, they denied her again. They let her walk out of there with cancer on her nose, even though she had insurance and offered to pay CASH. They don't care about you. Only the money.

Beware! Doctor will refuse to see you unless you give your social security number. You are not informed of this when you make an appointment, but only after you get to the office after waiting weeks to get in to see her. Her staff is not the friendliest either. Best just to find another dermatologist.

I will never recommend Dr. Lowe for any services EVER! The office staff just called the police on my wife just for not giving my Social Security Number (Never in the past was it required!) The HR depart for my company says it is not required for any drs office!! This office staff is insane and we are sorry dr Lowe does not see this!! The BBB will get a call on this one. The police officer even sided with my wife saying that a SS# is protected private information that was not necessary.

I don't know where those awful reviews are coming from, but I've gone to Dr. Lowe for over 5 years and she's one of the most amazing, caring doctors I've ever been too. The first visit I had was the year my husband had prostate cancer and every appt after that one, she asked me how my husband was doing and talked to me about it in length. That meant she made notes in my file in order to get to know me better. That, in my opinion, is the kind of doctor you want. I recommend her to everybody!

Dr Lowe is great but her office staff is horrible. They are very rude and act inappropriately. I will never return due to their attitude.

Very personable however if you ask too many questions - look out. She will dump you as a patient. Her office staff is not helpful and if you call with questions - they get irritated. Would not send my worst enemy to this practice.

I have battled Psoriasis since I was 5 years old. After having my first child and it being such a problem that I could not breastfeed she took me in immediately and had me feeling like a new person 2 months later. I have had such amazing results that I can wear shorts and tank tops and live a normal life for the first time ever! I owe so much to her!

I went in for toe fungus and was treated. She told me to give it a year. After a year and a half, I tried to get back in, stating I still had it. The front desk told me that Dr. Lowe would no longer treat me. I was given no excuse. Today, I woke up with an itchy rash on my face. I asked if I could get in today. Dr. Lowe's office told me they are busy seeing patients before the year's end and cannot see me. I said I was a patient. And she said to see my primary care. I told her I had no prima
