Very gentle staff .Julie is kind and very good.

Aside from the co-pays of procedures running into thousands of dollars, the practice also just charged me with a “no call, no show” fee. They say they sent reminders about the appointment and I searched several times and found no reminders whatsoever. When I communicated this, the receptionist appeared to not believe me. I’ve also had issues with their billing system. Dr Swift appears to be competent but the expense and hassle is not worth it and I no longer use them or can recommend this practice.

Dr. Swift provided multiple services to me over several years. I was not notified before having 10 extractions that 1) they were not an "in network" provider or 2) that they charge double the accepted fee for surgical extraction and if required would more than double my out-of pocket responsibility. After the extractions they gave me a prescription for an antibiotic and let me know there was the possibility of a sinus perforation and guidelines to care for it. After 2 weeks it was not healed and I called the office in a great deal of pain. Rather than having me come back in they simply said" your pain has nothing to do with your procedures here". I went to my primary care physician who confirmed the perforation and sustained infection. Several prescriptions, an additional surgery and a third one scheduled and no apology, just threats of collection. I will not be returning, nor would I recommend this practice to anyone. Lack of communication and lack of responsibility.
