Dr Julie and her staff are absolutely wonderful. Whenever I call they are always pleasant and helpful. Dr Julie always takes the time during our visits to answer all of our questions and gives evidence based recommendations. Grateful to have her taking care of our children.

Dr. Julie and her staff are truly the best! I know when we need to go to the doctor, my 2.5 year old son and 4 month old daughter are in the very best hands. They genuinely care about my children. We have been with Dr Julie since my son was born. When either child is sick, they find a time slot to get them in the same day. My daughter was sick and they stayed open late the day before Thanksgiving just to see her. I would not (and hope I never have to) take them anywhere else. We love Dr. Julie, all of the nurse practitioners, nurses, PA's and office personnel! We are so very thankful for the care they give our children! I would give them 10 stars if I could!

I absolutely would not recommend this office to anyone! The front staff does try their best to have good customer service but as many in the reviews have stated you are charged for EVERY thing I’ve spent a lot of money on rechecks and doctors notes (which were complimentary @ other offices). I paid $100 for an appointment I forgot so guess what? That was my fault and I paid it with no complaint they are running a business and I respected that part. I waited over 2 hrs to be seen one time ( but things happen right?) so ok whatever but my last straw was when I came in and they said oh u have a balance and I’m confused because I pretty much pay up front each time well the lady in the front says we charged u a $25 late fee so I’m there pretty often because my of my daughter so I asked how late was I she says 10 mins. TEN Minutes!!! U mean to tell me you can have me wait 2 hours to be seen in one visit and you still get fully paid but I arrive 10 mins late & I’m charged? Terrible ppl!

she was perfect doctor until she recently changed policy as request doctor note sent to school need charge $10. I never seen any clinic try to make money on that. kids has health issue and school has right to know so they can take care. why doctor request $10 on note? it only take her staff write less than 5 minutes.

You have to schedule mo the in advance. And plan on being there at least 2 hours. You’ll spend an hour in the waiting room and another hour waiting in an exam room. They have no respect for patients’ time.

She is amazing with my daughter, and gives the time that we deserve as patients in the room. She doesn’t sit behind her computer, she engages with myself and my daughter. I couldn’t have found a better fit for our family ??

My family has been going to Dr. Julie's office for 13 years since moving to Mansfield. The atmosphere is very friendly and welcoming from her wonderful staff to the elaborate and playful exam rooms. Dr. Julie never seems rushed and always takes time to ask me about school and my current interests. Dr. Julie always answers questions and has even encouraged me to pursue a job in the medical field! I feel very comfortable with her and her staff whether I'm in for a well check up or I'm in sick.

From the moment you walk in the door, you are treated with compassion. The front office staff is friendly and kind both over the phone and in person. I have been taking my children to Dr. Tomberlin for 14 years. She takes a personal interest in getting to know children and their families in her care. She has earned my trust many times over. She does have other providers in her office, but she works closely with them. My children have always felt very comfortable with her and her staff.

Dr. Tomberlin got used to making money and now this motivates her practice. She will kiss your child and be cut throat in her buisness dealings. We missed an appointment and she tried to swindle $100 from us. SHe has too many patients to where she feels they are at her disposal which allows her to charge and dismiss as her pocketbook sees fit. You will most likely not get in to see her but rather one of her PAs and if you do get in she will make you wait no less than 45 min.

We love Dr. Julie! From our first pre-natal appt to our now 2 yr old she has been awesome! We see mostly the NPs/PAs now, which is completely fine w/ us, they have all been outstanding. The front desk and nursing staff have been amazing as well. As first time parents we have a million questions and we've never been made to feel like we were bothering anyone w/ our calls or questions. Our daughter has a chronic health condition and Dr. Julie has been great with referrals and coordinating care.

Dr. Tomberlin is phonemenal! She is very personable, knowledgeable and has great bedside manner. People have complained about the wait time, but I appreciate the fact that she does not rush and spends equal amount of time with every child. Parents leave with a sense of ease after every visit. We would highly recommend her without any hesitation. My children absolutely adore her and look forward to seeing Dr. Julie's smiling, friendly face at every visit.

Dr. Tomberlin is great with my kids and very passionate about her work. Her office is a great environment for children. The only negative thing I have to say is the wait times are horrible. Other than that, we enjoy going there.

I was a huge fan of Dr Tomberlin for 10 years. I LOVED her. I recommended her to everyone. In fact, I even made the treck to see her with my 3 children for well over a year even after I moved over an hour away because I loved her and wanted to keep the care consistent. But something has changed. The office staff has changed dramatically and it seems like Julie doesn't care that it is affecting the care of her patients. Things like what happened to me wouldn't have happened 10 years ago.

Agree- staff is constantly changing, and wait times are ridiculous. There does seem to be a less caring environment than before, and more of a financial priority. We are thinking of changing pediatricians as well.

I have been taking my children (7 and 5 years old) to Dr Tomberlin since they were newborns. Every time we go in there the entire staff is different. I made An appointment for my kids in March for May. I was late on my youngest ones vaccine and we pay out of pocket (200.00) they choose to tell me AFTER I pay them and waiting for 2 hours that we will have to reschedule because they are out of the Vaccine and don't know when it will be in. So I took off work for absolutely nothing.
