Dismissive. I don’t need to add anything, the other bad reviews spoke on behalf of me already, I had the exact same experience. She is dismissive, made me feel like a bother, like she was doing me a favor. Prescribed me whatever drops, never told me what it was for, I had to google it. Got in to the room asking why was I there for, never introduced herself as a doctor. Speaking fast, not listening to what I said. Just another bad review, thank you for nothing.

Rude, and did not seem to care much at all.

Dr. Flam is the rudest, most dismissive doctor I have ever been to. She has no bedside manner and made me feel like I was exaggerating or lying about how I was feeling. After three visits I have no answers and have had absolutely no change in symptoms. She does not seem like she wants to be bothered to figure out what is wrong. I will be finding a different doctor in another practice- someone who listens and wants to help. On the plus side, the rest of the staff is lovely and helpful.

I would never go back, I originally went for to have my ears looked at for balance issues, they scheduled an unnecessary hearing test , (I had one four years back) that wasn’t needed etc. when I went, I paid my $18 co pay before I was seen (big mistake) and had an hearing test and then was seen by a supposed doctor,. She was condescending, rude , actually looked bothered that I was there and not interested in helping me at all. Proceeded to Give me some sort of spray up my nose and after she did , asked me if I was allergic to it, I said I wasn’t sure. She then said ok, and proceeded to leave the room, shut the door and left me alone for 20 mins, after giving me a drug up my nose ,that I could have been allergic too. Further she would not answer not one question I had, and when I did ask a question she just kept typing and not answering , “ then said my ears are fine”. But then was trying to push an expensive MRI tests on my ears (remember that were not the problem) and was very pushy
