Dr. Baez is the most irresponsible doctor that exists, he did surgery on my grandmother and he's supposed to change her emergency pacemaker and he canceled her surgery after having her in the hospital all day as a diabetic 4 times. He has no commitment to his profession. If it were his mother or a family member, he would be different, but since he isn't, he doesn't care about the patient.

Office schedules appointments, you get there and the Dr. is nowhere to be seen. Has happened multiple times. Very disrespectful for the patient.
