I recently got a rhinoplasty from Dr. Clavijo-Alvarez! I had consultations from a few other doctors and was very particular with who I picked and I was also nervous. In elementary school, I fell and broke my nose and every since then, I hated my nose. I have wanted a nose job since 4th grade, so picking the right doctor was super important to me. The consultation with Dr. Clavijo-Alvarez went super well. He really impressed me and made me feel comfortable, and also seemed the most intelligent out of all the doctors I saw for consultations. After my surgery, Dr.Clavijo-Alvarez was extremely helpful in the recovery as he would Facetime me daily checking in. As soon as I went for the follow up, he took the cast off and revealed to me my new nose. I was in shock about how perfect it was! It was better than I ever expected it to be. It has been 2 months since the surgery and I can't be happier with the result. I feel like a whole new confident person. I am so happy with my new nose!

I can’t put into words how grateful I am that I found myself in the hands of Dr. Clavijo-Alvarez. Since I was young I’ve always hated my nose’s side profile, and how much my ears stuck out. My biggest concern with going under the knife was losing my uniqueness, so I struggled for some time deciding whether or not to go through with plastic surgery. Now that I have, I wonder what held me back in the first place. I have never felt so confident in my life. From the beginning I expressed that I didn’t want to look like a different person, but that I wanted the hump in my nose gone and little work to the tip of my nose. I am simply blown away with how natural, and beautiful I look now. He guided me through every step and even took a photo of myself and showed me how my end results should look, before I even picked a date for my procedure! The end result looks even better than the picture I had for reference!

I highly recommend Dr. Alvarez. I had a CO2 laser treatment performed. During the consult, he was knowledgeable, answered every question I had, never made me feel rushed. During the treatment, the same. Followup visits were a breeze, scheduling is easy, and the staff is amazing.

Dr. Clavijo-Alveraz performed a breast augmentation over a month ago on me and I could not be happier with my results! This doctor is truly an artist and expert at what he does. He was able to achieve very natural beautiful results. He also has incredible bed side manner. Honestly the best I've experienced. He's very down to earth, extremely patient and caring. He will call and follow up with you several times after your surgery to make sure you're doing well, and also allow you to come in to answer questions and ease your mind before your surgery. I can’t rave enough about how happy I am with my septorhinoplasty results so far at 3 weeks post-op! From my consultation I felt like Dr. Clavijo-Alvarez and I were on the same page with what I wanted, even when I couldn’t quite explain it. My results are better than what I imagined and I’m still not fully recovered. Dr. Clavijo-Alvarez called me a few hours after my surgery to check in on me. I went back today to see Dr Julio Clavijo-Alvarez for a consult to treat my migraine headaches. I am currently under the care of a Neurologist for this and had learned that Dr Clavijo-Alvarez is specially trained in this area and after the most thorough explaination I cannot wait to be treated by him in Jan. 2019. My mother, who was with me, is not as “doctor friendly” as I am, turned to me afterwards and said his explaination alone was amazing and he is so knowledgeable and kind.

Dr. Clavijo is amazing. He cares about his patients and tries to give them what they want without jeopardizing their health. After extreme weight loss I had a lot of excess skin. He was able to remove more skin than he originally thought and made me look amazing. I can't wait for my next procedure.

I had the "mommy makeover" following three pregnancies and three C-sections. My youngest child was four at the time of my surgery. I am so thrilled with the results I got. They are so far beyond my expectations. My pain was very minimal, mostly just soreness like after a good workout. I was back doing CrossFit 5 days a week, 6 weeks after my surgery. I had a diastasis and hernia repair during my surgery, and I cannot stress how important it is to strengthen your ab muscles after this surgery.
