They completely abandoned me! Nobody has answered the phone or returned any calls, regardless of urgency for 2 months. Also can't get medications so I'm left without diabetes medication with no warning. Forced to find a new doctor who I can't get into see for 3 weeks. Terrible, terrible behavior

I'm a new patient with Dr Rodriguez and had only one visit so far. My appt was at 900an got out at 1100. Be prepared for the initial visit to take a while. They went through my medical history, medications and asked me lots of questions. And that was before the doctor came in. I found Dr Rodriguez very nice, thorough, and truly caring. I was a little concerned about language and communication difficulties but I had no issues! Read earlier comments about his staff but they must have tsken care of the problem(s) as the staff were very friendly to me.

Dr. Rodriguez has been my PCP for over 20 years and he hasn't failed me yet. He treats me like a daughter and really tells me the truth. He scolds me when I fall off the straight road too. I recommend anyone to experience the care he gives. He's awesome and I am NOT A PAID person. I am VanDellaF and I approve this message.

Excellent, very patient, knowledgeable and caring. Straightforward and listens to my concerns when many doctors have their faces in a laptop. Would highly recommend.

Very nice dr but office staff very unprofessional... I been trying to see the dr due to my medical condition ... the first time they made me an appointment and when I got there they told me that the appointment was with another dr and that I have to reschedule. The second time when I got there the office was closed due to construction,.... they did not have the at least the dicency of calling me to let me know., but on hours before I received an email asking me to arrive 15 mins before ... unb

The reception desk staff give the place a bad rating. They never pick up the phone but leave it on answering machine mode and never, ever return placed calls or messages. Very unprofessional. Therefore, I have moved on to another primary care physician where the office staff treat patients with professionalism.
