Dr. Urena is very professional. Unfortunately, I'm no longer with him due to a change in insurance. However, I miss him and would like to return because he provided excellent care for nearly 30 years, not only to me but also to my deceased father.

Dr. Urena is wonderful he’s my Dr. for about 30 Y
Doctor Urena is a wonderful Doctor, he is my Dr. for about 32 years, he also was my grandfather and my mom doctor, he that only doctor I trust and I know all this years I am been a good hands.

Saw him once. Will NEVER go back!!
My very first appt. Could barely understand anyone in the office except the P.A. He had 3 people in the exam room with me supposedly "observing". Hadn't even examined me except for asking what meds I was on and he told me stop taking my thyroid medication for my low thyroid function and put on my chart that my rheumatologist was the one that took me off the meds for hypothyroid. Listened to my chest & back, (I have asthma) barely checked stomach & legs & told me to schedule another appt. Next time I asked to see his P.A. I liked her but after that couldn't get an appt with her because she was gone. Never went back for Urena. I don't like him at all! Also he doesn't let you speak!! I gave him 1 star because you have to choose something otherwise I wouldn't give him any points.

The worst doctor ever!!!
Dr. Julio Urena is the worst doctor that I have visited. He is unprofessional, he doesn’t care about patients. He doesn’t have the best attitude. Today I was in his office and he was so disrespectful with me. Also, when he wanted to hear my heart, he putted the stethoscope in the middle of my chest touching my breast. Please, before go to his office (riverside Clifton) think before in others options.

How does a dialysis patient for 2 years see this doctor and the doctor has the pure lack of attention to now refer the patient to a nephrologist?! Seriously? Duh. Doctor poorly treated patient's diabetes, pain, and hypertension for years. Now, patient platelets less than 100 but no hematology referral. Worst Dr to see! Don't waste your time. Rude, inattentive. going to report to Medicare also!
