I had no issue with the doctor, and the service he preformed. Months after the surgery was complete, and all bills long paid off, I received a call from a collection company. This was the first I heard of the bill. It was determined the office was sending the bill to the wrong address. I called the office to see my options, as they hadn't originally billed all insurances. The office manager was rude, and put the blame on me. She reports to the doctor, so the review goes to him.

Dr Alhman explained everything he thought was wrong with me and how we were going to proceed. He took a lot of time with me, well over 30 minutes. I was very impressed. Told him he needed to smile more.
