Caring Doctor
I have never had a bad encounter w/ Dr. Bala. Each visit, he thoroughly shows that he cares and that he is genuinely caring of both my physical and mental needs. I had to transfer doctors because previous doctors have ignored or dismissed my bodily pains and aches. Dr. Bala ACTUALLY gave me tests and mental health consultations with a therapist and psychiatrist to find the root cause of my body pains and aches. I was diagnosed with fibromayalgia and he was very understanding as to how to move forward with this illness and how to get better. Ever since he had me going to therapy, the body aches and pains went away and I have never felt better in my life. He listens to me and has always shown that he is not one to dismiss your needs and concerns. I highly recommend Dr. Bala. He does have a strong accent but he isn't one to mind repeating himself if you do not get his words the first time.
