A Genuinely Compassionate Doctor and aCaring Team
My mom was just discharged today from a 6-day confinement at NNMC. But I made sure to do this review before going back to my everyday routine post- discharge. My mom and I are very appreciative of the care she received as a patient of the 5th floor ward ( Rm. 505). I want to give a shout out to everyone , from the nurses, CNAs, apprentices, dietitians, chaplain, case manager, discharge nurse, and of course the doctors, especially Dr. Bumgardner, who gave his time to check on my mom, talk to us, listen patiently, and explain and educate us on how to address her health issues. He was very approachable, kind and a great listener. This is the first time my mom had been a patient of NNMC. And we very much felt and valued the kind of care and compassion they showed during my mom’s stay. Hats off to you all guys! Kudos to Dr. B and his team! I would highly recommend Northern Nevada Medical Center of Sparks. 5 stars.
