I had a complicated issue that required a long-term approach and my experience with Dr. Jacobson is that he's serious about getting his work right and also about motivating me to put in the work in physical therapy.

Dr. Jacobson is the best. Six days post op, shoulder seems to be healing as it should. There was more damage than the MRI revealed. Dr.Jacobson repaired it all, now it is up to me with PT to get full use again.
