Avoid - incompetent at reading ultrasounds
My Wife went in with severe pains in her higher abdomen at the center about where her diaphragm and stomach meet, blood tests showed over 3x normal Lipase count/reading which is an indicator of pancreatitis. This is not her first time with pancreatitis. we were then sent to junction for an ultrasound which was read by this Dr. Kaptuck who states all is normal with her kidneys, liver, pancreas, spelean and gallbladder. what makes this reading incorrect is my wife's gallbladder was removed in 2008.

Had Dr Kaptuch for US/biopsy at Community Hospital in Grand Jct. Granted, it was about a 25 minute procedure, but he understood that it was uncomfortable and repeatedly checked on how I was doing. He was professional and direct to the procedure as doctors are, but also had a good personality and a bit of a sense of humor. He offered to answer any questions and clearly explained the answers. Overall a good experience.
