Dr. Moon has always been very good at listening and answering questions. He is a doctor you can trust, you will be glad He's your doctor.

In January I was referred to Dr. Moon. My actual visit was great, and Dr. Moon is a very nice person. My referral for an MRI was initially denied due to lack of information. I call and call and call. If you have any needs, questions, follow ups YOU HAVE TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. That means if you just need to know if they submitted the proper information to insurance for the mri they prescribed, you have to pay another $300 plus. I explained that I followed every prompt and there isn't one for 'I have a question that doesn't merit an appointment.' So, I am placed into a voicemail. WEEKS GO BY. Literal weeks. I randomly get a call a month later from the office that included extensive apologies for being forgotten about. I STILL HAVE NOT HEARD FROM ANYONE AND I WILL HAVE TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE AND START OVER WHICH MEANS PAYING TWICE. RUN AWAY. POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE FAKE.

Dr. Moon us extremely easy to talk to, good listener, and really cares about me and my treatment plan. He focuses on the long term outlook when developing the treatment plan.

Dr. Moon and his resident Dr. listened to my explanation of my illness. He explained what he saw on the MRI and gave me choices in my treatment. This was my first appointment and after a year of suffering I have hope for a better future.

Dr Moon clearly and honestly explained test results. He was very straightforward and direct - just what I needed.

Dr Moon was in the exam room on time! He took the time to listen carefully about longstanding issues and observed some things that other neurologists had missed. He exudes a kind, trustworthy and intelligent persona. If you are having neurological issues, Dr Moon is the doctor you want to see.

Dr. Moon was very thorough in his exam and explanation of my conditions. We went through my MRI together and he discussed the findings in a way that I understood. Dr. Moon created a plan for my care moving forward. He also listened to me and answered my questions in an informative and kind way.

Dr Moon was very professional and answered our questions in layman’s language. He took his time and seemed very confident in his answers. He also showed us CAT scans and explained what he saw. I would recommend him to my family and friends. His staff was very friendly and helpful to us. Thank you Dr Moon for seeing me.

I like moon. His office is incapable of submitting and following up with insurance companies to collect. And they deny doctor visits on one day notice and tell patients it is up to them to resolve insurance issues created by moons office

Appreciated his time & discussion regarding my concerns. Am looking forward to results of upcoming testing. I have also appreciated working with Caroline.

I’m disappointed with the inefficiency and lack of professionalism I experienced during my visit. After filling out the electronic forms sent to me, I was later told they weren’t mandatory and had to complete paper forms instead. Who still operates businesses on paper in this day and age? Additionally, being asked for my physical insurance card multiple times, despite submitting it electronically, reflects poorly on your organizational processes.While I’m sure Dr. Moon is knowledgeable, I felt his explanations were subpar, and he didn’t make an effort to know I understood or felt valued. It came across as if my concerns and learning were unimportant to him.The only positive part of my experience was with the Spanish-speaking doctor (unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name). She was attentive, asked detailed questions, and clearly cared about understanding and addressing my concerns.You might benefit from a consultation to streamline your operations and improve patient experience

I told Dr Moon about my concerns concerning my husband and he looked at his last MRI and told us what was happening to his body. However he seemed to be in a hurry and I had more questions which were not answered.
