Dr. Chan and Consuelo her MA are so kind and comforting. They always run on time, I've never waited past my appt. time. The front desk staff are also great.

Dr Chan is absolutely amazing and I feel so grateful to have her as a provider. She was the first person as a provider to look at my whole health, see my chart and my story in advance, and spend an entire hour talking to me and testing my neuro symptoms. She is absolutely the most welcome reprieve from the mediocre medical care I have received on my journey over the last 7 months. The first to let me feel seen, heard and understood. I could not recommend her more highly!! You will be amazed at the quality of care she provides.

Thorough, knowledgeable, companionate.

Always waited for return calls. Dr. Chan is smug, and in my opinion does not possess any true human compassion. I went 4 months with very little sleep, waited 3 months for a sleep study and she kept prescribing OTC meds. Terrified to prescribe actual meds. My symptoms worsened quickly. Had a horrible few weeks, struggled to walk, write & just get through my day so made some calls & asked for a call back asap. Many times Id speak w/nurse Katie who was extremely rude, a downright hateful person..one of those people you speak to a few times and think "what did someone do to this person to make them so nasty"? B/C Id wait days 4 a response, many times Id try 2 figure out how to get some relief. Dr. Chan actually reprimanded me for "altering my medical plan"?? Hello? Neither she or her staff seem to understand (or care) about the true wretchedness of this disease. Although licensed, Chan is inexperienced in life and the brutal reality of disease and its effects on people. Go elsewhere.
