Dr. Zlatanic was very friendly, efficient, and transparent throughout. I felt very safe in his hands, and that I could trust him. The staff at Manhattan Endoscopy were all excellent and made the experience as good and pleasant as it can be.

I’ve only been working with Dr. Zlatanic for just two months now and have seen him both at his UES location and at Manhattan Endoscopy. He is a decent listener, calm in his demeanor, and wants to provide comprehensive care to help get to the bottom of my ongoing GI issues. Sometimes, he comes across as pressed for time when I have follow-up questions after he’s done telling me what he to share. I think it’s nice for doctors to slow down for an extra minute when meeting a patient and right after they have told the patient a bunch of things. The patient needs a moment to process the information as well as the next steps, and one way patients do that is by asking questions. Having said that, Dr. Z is way better than many other doctors ware abrupt, hostile, robotic, and interact like medicine is only a business where patients are billing units.

Dr. Zlatanic has been my GI Dr. Since 2009 and he has been helping me with all my GI issues. He is very knowledgeable, a great listener, great bed side manners and ita very compassionate. His staff its also amazing.

This physician lacks genuine care for patient
This physician lacks genuine care for patient, lacks any clear communication skills, empathy and holistic medical approach. Very rigid, he is blindly focused on his own profit only. He charges patient for giving a result of endoscopic exam over the phone, and he prefers phone 'encounters' over office encounters. His stuff is very rude and laud and they 'cut' my speach on several occasions. Above all, his toilet for patients was very dirty and smelly.
