Dr. Jyoti Jain, MD

Im a former patient of MD Jain Jyoti office which is now MD Bodavula practice and ive been calling this doctors office the entire week of 2/13 with no answer or tech saying they will call back with the information but here it is Friday and i still have yet to receive the call back. then I call today and I’m notified that they can’t give me the requested documentation although they can and when the doctor got on the phone, he stated he could send the records and then hung up on me as did his other previous technicians when i asked him would he be training them on the proper protocol. The lack of professionalism within the company is behooving, especially for a doctor that has been in practice for over 15 years. It’s actually rather concerning and to know that my request as simple as it is couldn’t be fulfilled by a MD who has supposedly been in practice for over 15 years and ive been working for MD, RPH, and Hospitals so long and to hear that they can’t send my records to a medical

A very firm trustworthy doctor who care about the kids. I have been taking my kids over 15 years now. I been knowing Dr.Jain over 23 years she is the best to me.

Dr Jain is good but her staffs are very rude and LAZY.

If you have other options to take your children to other pediatric specialist -please take them ! Otherwise you will face unprofessional lady jain jyoti and her office stuff..they all together so unprofessional , rude, disgrace and etc. And the waiting area so dirty and stinks .. Run from that place and don't turn back !!

After many visits to found was causing strong pain on my son's leg....we went to other place and they found a tumor on his spine, here they said was growing pain
