Dr. K Mitchell Naficy, MD

My family has had a personal relationship with Mitchell Naficy for over 20 years. Dr. Naficy used to be a good doctor, but has absolutely failed us over the last few years. He made fun of me when I had Covid and asked him for an ivermectin prescription, stating to me that “I am not a horse.” He has turned into the classic “welfare Doctor” and has since made his practice only about money. I do not recommend Dr. Mitchell Naficy for his primary practice as well as his psychology practice that he has in conjunction with primary care. I’ve personally witnessed him over medicating and over prescribing his patients which include my friends and family.

I seen Dr Naficy while in rehab he’s very genuine and truly cares about his patients. It’s been a while since I’ve seen a god Dr who cares these days. He’s one of those drs

Was a patient of his for six years or so, over the years everything about his practice went down, the office staff is rude, ignores calls, and doesn't follow-up with anything. If the doctor orders lab work or x-rays, the office staff makes you drive to their office to pick up the order although they could just fax the order right to the lab or x-ray dept. Dr. Naficy told he he was going to request a CT scan for me from OptumCare/Monarch, I waited for the approval for 6 weeks - zippo. I finally called them myself and they indicated they never received any request for a CT scan. During the pandemic they moved their office and never informed their established patients, I drove to the old office only to find it vacant. I called the doctor's office and they said "my appt. was at 4:00 and now it was too late for them to see me and for me to go to urgent care - this after they never informed anyone of their move. I've changed doctors and am quite happy with my new doctor.

I saw the doctor once on zoom. Office staff rude and unpleasant to talk to. Front desk person giving information out like a nurse or practitioner. Nurse Unprofessional…talking over patient, hanging up on patients.

I am very pleased with my visits during the past eight year with Dr Naficy. I can be a hard critic especially when I am not feeling well and cranky! Dr Naficy and super friendly staff is a world away from previous experiences elsewhere! His facility is super clean. The only thing I don't like is when he goes on vacation and I have to see other doctors! I will highly recommend Dr Naficy! He is always busy but he takes his time to get to know you and makes sure you get the treatment you deserve.
