Dr. Kacie Paik, MD

Dr. Paik listened to all symptoms and she assisted me in getting all the help I need to get well. In the past she diagnosed my heart problem and sent me to the hospital where I was given a stent. Her quick action saved my life.

My network changed my Dr. I had a first-time appointment. From the office to the reception, the nurse and Dr. Paik...we're all wonderful. Warm, caring and compassionate. Thank you!

My doctor explained everything accurately and in detail, and she is always kind and gentle and She is so wise that if you ask her about one problem, she will give you two solutions.

I was assigned this office as my PCP a year ago and never took the time to get set up like I should have, until I I had a tendon ruptured and needed to get a referral to my surgeon ASAP. The team was able to fast track my onboarding paperwork and get me on the phone with Dr. Paik that day, normally its a few days to on board, and she was able to get the process going. They did not need to do that, it was my responsibility to get set up when I was assigned over last year, and I could not have asked for a better response from Dr. Paik and her team. Thank you.

Caring and felt like she listened to me. Took action to get what I needed to get me well and keep me well. Those are great qualities in a doctor.

Doctor Paik actually listened to what I had to say and she didn't make me feel bad about contacting her with my needs. She is looking for a solution instead of sending me to pain clinic and writing me off like I don't matter I will always be grateful for that.

Dr. Paik is always very thorough and listens well. She takes into consideration me preferences and makes me feel very comfortable. Dr. Paik likes to make sure I know the plan is action before it's carried out. I recommended her to my sister who is currently a patient of hers as well. She goes above and beyond, the staff is always friendly. Will definitely be with her for at long as possible.

Tried to set up an appointment for a checkup. I had to become a new patient but was told to get a call back from the department that handles new patients. Days later... Finally set up an appointment but never got any notifications or reminders and when I realized the appointment was yesterday and that I had missed it, the staff member, Marianna, didn't offer to reschedule it or any help but instead stayed silent on the phone until laughing at something happening in the background and then disconnecting. They couldn't care less.

She takes time to listen and give treatments. She is very thorough. She has always treated me for what was needed for every illness. She is so pleasant and easy to talk to and understand. I’m so thankful she is my doctor.
