I assume KU is doing everything possible for my father-in-law. I do not question whether Dr. Udobi is a good doctor or not. However, his bedside manner is just awful. Yesterday while I was in the room he spoke only to the nurse and nurse practitioner. He didn't even make eye contact with me. Later he came by the room and said "where is this guys labs?" The lack of respect to not even refer to my father in-law by name was inexcusable. He never did speak to me about his condition.

Dr. Udobi was my bariatric surgeon and changed my life on 8 May 2013. He probably doesn't remember me, but I am a military spouse and shortly after my surgery we left for Korea. I just wanted to say Thank You Dr. Udobi and his wonderful staff! I hear a lot of horror stories about different peoples experience with bariatric however, I am fortunate to not have had any complications to this day. Beyond blessed, 150LBS lighter, a more active member of society and a proud military spouse.
