This “doctor” shouldn’t even be a veterinarian!
Wow! I was curious to see if anyone else had a similar experience as we did with Kaitlin Oliver. (Not going to address her as Dr. Oliver, as that is completely unnecessary) Kaitlin should consider an occupation that does not include interacting with any other life form, being human or animals. (Maybe a botanist, but that’s even iffy) She has some serious emotional and social dysfunctions that she herself should seek treatment for. Her ability to address health concerns of others suffers greatly which could cause great harm to someone, even death. Kaitlin needs to remember her Hippocratic Oath and try to understand what the words within it actually mean. Northwest Medical Center is really doing themselves and their patients a great disservice keeping Ms. Oliver as as contracted person within their facility. Hopefully, this message gets seen by the hospital director and something is done before it is too late and someone suffers at the hands of Kaitlin Oliver.

Terrible
My 18 year old daughter who was feeling scared to be going to the ER alone got to have a horrible experience because of her and the staff laughing because in there words "why is she even coughing so much" then proceeded to laugh at her. They're was no one else in the ER so her and boyfriend could actually hear very well about the staff talking poorly. The doctor herself was very rude and abrasive as well. Dr rolled her eyes when my daughter wanted to call me for advice being transported inpatient or should be seen outpatient ( which the doctor never did send the referral and obviously my daughter was not wasting the hospitals time as they did see something that does need further evaluation) at that time my daughter just wanted to leave because they were treating her so rudely. I did consider that doctor maybe having a bad night but seeing her reviews this is her normal bedside manner. more to being a doctor than being smart, if you can't show people respect then don't work with people

Horrific bedside manner
My experience with her in the ER recently (9/22) was terrible. And where my bed was located I could hear her interactions with her other patients, she was terrible to them as well. She’s abrasive, severely lacks social skills, condescending, intimidating and unkind. This all greatly effects her ability to do her job well. She should consider a field of medicine that doesn’t involve patient interactions.
