Dr. Kaleena Chilcote, MD

Very compassionate and understanding of my needs.

I have no issue with Dr. Chilcote. She was very nice. However, the CCF charged me $795 per hour for my first two one hour appointments of which I have to pay $950.00. I spoke with the Dr. about it and she seemed to think that was a mistake. So I continued and thought I could work something out. My second two appointments of 30 minutes each cost $600.00 each! For 30 minutes, of which $445.00 was my reasonability for each. At $20 a minute, we spoke about my bills for at least five minutes, and I guess I paid $100 for that discussion. The national averages for psychiatric care is $100 to $300 an hour. And, the Cleveland Clinic can not explain to me why a 30 appointment was almost as much as a 60 minute appointment. The billing people are extremely mean and rude. I would go anywhere except the Cleveland Clinic for mental health.

Dr. Chilcote is one who practices with her brain. She provided me with excellent medical and physical care. Dr. Chilcote was thorough and accurate in her diagnosis. Her professionalism is appreciated.
