Dr. Eswaran has been our doctor for over 30 years and we consider him our doctor and our friend. He always has time for us and makes us feel important. He even has time for a joke or two. He refers us to a specialist whenever necessary and they are always very good as well.

Dr Eswaran has been our primary physician for 20 years. He is absolutely the very best, is patient, listens and provides excellent medical advice. We feel fortunate to have him as a medical resource. In the opinion of his peers he is one of the leading Internists in the Sacrament area. Also impressive is the office staff and medical assistants. Bill Carlson, Murphys, CA.

The worst doctor ever. He rushes you through appointments, won’t listen to anything you have to say, gets angry if you want to see a specialist for an opinion and is rude. By far the worst ever. On the plus side he’s easy to get an appointment with because he has few patients and is quick to get you in when you arrive. But is equally quick to get you out so he can go back to his Computer. Gives advise and treatment outside his medical education at the risk of his patients. Avoid this quack

Best dr for ever I work in hospital I have experience with all dr but dr Kali is the best dr always callback when we need I am with him always 7 year god bless him

Dr. Eswaran is one of the brightest and most able internal medicine specialists in the Sacramento area. He is not only frequently recommended by, he often cares for other physicians and surgeons.

His focus is to get you in and out fast. Won't listen to you at all because he know everything already. His attitude is that he is above everyone else and don't disagree with him or he gets furious. His staff seem afraid of him. Patients are customers not patients.
