Dr. Hool took her time assessing my health concerns and ordered needed tests to rule out any underlying health issues. Customer service was good and check in and out was quick and easy.

Dr Hool is nice to talk to. Her care approach and recommendations however are outdated and she is out of touch with more recently published studies. The nurses at this place also appear to have unlimited control over the patients' care and seem to dictate the terms, conditions and which medications you should be taking, which is a bit troublesome. In my case, a nurse completely misinterpreted my blood tests and recommended some bogus diet. This was so off that it almost showed a sign of negligence. Dr Hool however decided to implicitly back the nurse's wrong diagnosis and stick to the original position imposed by a non M.D. nurse. She heavily relies on FDA guidelines and even in places where a range of options is given to the care providers to choose a treatment, she seem to opt for recommendations from the 50's that have since been debunked by a majority of recent studies. If all you need is an aspirin, this may be a place for you.

I chose DrHool as my primary care physician and I am so glad that I did. She has experience with geriatric care and while I am only 58 I have a very complicated health history. DrHool is also very compassionate and her staff is extremely efficient. I am completely satisfied and highly recommend Dr Hool.

I will never refer Dr. Hool to anyone. Unfortunately, she is a nice lady, but her staff is horrible. She tends to be gone for long periods of time without suitable staff covering her. When calling for an appointment, it usually takes a month or two to even get in and then she sees you for 5 minutes. I have time after time felt let down by the office and do not feel like I am ever taken care of. Switching doctors ASAP!
