Moved to the area and needed a new PCP and he was one of very few taking new patients. Initial visit reminded me that 50% of the doctors in the world graduated in the bottom half of their class. Rushed, perfunctory and did not answer my questions in a meaningful way. Was supposed to set up a referral to a specialist. Did not. Has not confirmed medication requests and dismissed symptoms of PTSD.

The only reason I'm with this doctor is because I am really concerned about my back. Other than that I felt judged and mistreated at this appointment. I understand that doctors have a lot of work to deal with but that doesn't mean they have the right to judge where I work and what I do for a living.

I did not like Dr. Pundla at all-I would give 0 stars if possible. I went to him for new patient visit and he was horrible to me. He did not order the correct blood work I needed for my routine physical and I ended up going to the lab 2 times!! Furthermore, I felt that he rushed the visit and brushed off my questions. Near the end of my visit, I tried to get a referral to a specialist and he told me no. (I ended up going to specialist WITHOUT A REFERRAL and they took care of my problem/told me something completely different than Dr. Pundla.)

Dr. Pundla has been an excellent doctor. I highly recommend him. His approach is practical, friendly, and attentive, so I have been happy to continue with him as my PCP (and I'm extremely fussy, so take my word for it!!)

Do not see this doctor! I recently saw him at an urgent care facility in Springfield, MA for strep throat. Something I thought was simple enough to not go through the hassle of making an appointment with my PCP but he prescribed me the wrong antibiotic! I obviously trusted him and took the z-pack he prescribed me but knew something was up when I saw no relief in three days and my strep only got worse. Turns out Penicillin is the first option to treat strep. Refused to test me for mono. So bad!!

HEAD FOR THE HILLS! Arrogant, Incompetant,extremely deficient I dealing with chronic pain management. Rushes appointment, clearly dislikes being an m.d. and afraid to make an independent decision. HE is NOT DR. MATERIAL. Gives the Impression he couldn't care less. Would probably make a good counter person at McDonalds.

I am a new patient - he listened to me and my concerns - he treated me as an individual. We were able to exchange ideas regarding my concerns. Note - this practice is growing and while to office set-up is awkward (due to addition of new patient rooms, the staff are all very helpful.
