Did not spend the time needed. Extremely rushed. Not prepared. Front desk staff very rude.

Simply oversight MD for infusion Lab at SNH. Determined to know experience, education, years of practice in the event she oversees the infusion lab at SNH

Cannot agree more with the reviewer from Waltham, MA. When she cannot find an answer from the blood test she runs, it's fibromyalgia-- probably because it's not in the textbook. There were plenty of possibilities to explore, yet all she suggested were medications to dull my senses. While I saw her over 10 years ago, she was late at least 45 minutes each visit and very condescending. I have no idea if she has learned a lesson and finally started listening to her patients, but she was not a good listener at all. She even denied my claims of pain, saying that it's impossible....

After having tried two other doctors with mixed results, I believe Dr. Govindaraju is a great doctor. She listens well and takes the time in the exam room to find out everything she needs to know from me. I never feel rushed. She has created a treatment plan that has done more for me than any other I've had in the last two years.

I think this is important, I was referred to Kalyani Govindaraju, MD. She wrongfully diagnosed me with Fibromyalgia. I asked her to run blood markers for cancer and she told me, "it's not necessary." I did not believe her, or her diagnosis. I pushed for more testing with other doctors, that I sought out, on my own and I was diagnosed with Chronc Myeloid Leukemia. I understand that there is now a blood test for Fibro, so docs like her can finally stop throwing us in the Fibro waste basket.
