Feel Mislead
My Wife has been struggling off and on with alcoholism and addiction. We were recommended to see Dr. Karimi from one of the treatment centers she went through. The plan was for her get the opioid blocker injection on a monthly basis. Since alcoholism and addiction is a family disease we requested and initiated the a release of information was in place so I would be able to have access and stay well informed regarding any potential changes to the treatment plan. Dr. Karimi also agreed that any changes to the plan would be discussed as a family. Fast-forward 6 months; Dr. Karimi is now prescribing one of the exact medications that my Wife went into treatment for. This medication is not approved by the FDA for the use in which he is prescribing it. It was agreed by everyone that she would not be prescribed this medication. My Wife is now so hooked on this medication that she has been abusing it and trying to get our Nanny to bring it in from Mexico. Thanks Dr. Karimi!

Dr Karimi has saved my life & helped so many others. I don’t know where I would be without his help & expertise. He is incredibly knowledgeable & open minded

Dr. Karimi is the Best of the Best!!! Truly sincere, diligent, patient and the compassion of a saint. I feel blessed to have him as my doctor and that he is So Very Kind and Gracious to me.

This Doctor is a lifesaver, compared to other Doctors I went to for my Alcohol addiction. He is very knowledgeable in the field! Still SOBER after 5+ years with the help of this doctor knowledge!!!! He was able to prescribe me Naltrexone while other doctors wouldn't. He is A++ in my book!!!

I thought you were going to open a pizza place in Dallas. My experience with Dr K was the best possible. He is Caring and thoughtful person. He helped me through some difficult times. Thanks Dr Karimi ! We miss you in Indiana.

The best, I only refer people to him, and I will never go to another doctor for his area of expertise. The most knowledgeable, compassionate, empathetic, genuine, sincere doctor I've ever been to. He understands the patients' behavior, thought process, fears, obstacles, motivation & The phychological and physical grasp of addiction. He reads people incredibly well and He gives the patients what they NEED not what they WANT. If you are not serious about getting better then go somewhere else. :)

Dr.Karimi presents as a gentle, caring and knowledgeable physician who actually listens to you. I hid my addiction problems for years until I finally had a breakdown with hallucinations, slurred speech as well as severe short term memory loss. Finally exposed I called Hoag Chemical Dependency Unit for help. I thank God for the person on the phone who referred me to Dr. Karimi. He continues to stand by me during this difficult recovery period. God bless him and keep him safe.
