Horrible Care
I have been there 2 times. They have cancelled on me 3 times. He’s always overbooked. They don’t respond to you. Their staff is rude. They ordered a test that I saw the result for over a week now. And they will not get back with me. The results showed a pretty serious problem that can be dangerous when left untreated. They aren’t doing anything. I have been trying to get answers over a week now. Do not recommend. Human life is valuable and precious. Don’t deal with the stress of going here.

Saw him as a patient and I’m a physician. He put me on hi dose steroids. Way beyond when he said he would wean me off and 5 messages left with his NP, Ann, no response. My PCP wanted me off. Come to find he’s on the liver transplant team after my insurer sent me a letter saying they were reviewing a liver transplant. News to Me. Follow up appointments at my request and got blown off except for demanding why I hadn’t returned. Reviewed 5 unanswered phone calls to Ann, again same response. As a surgeon we have a name for these drs-he’s a hammer looking for a nail. Now after 6 months, scheduled a week full of visits with Cleveland Clinic for transplant assessment. First office visit, GI specialist asked me to go have some labs and she’ll call. 3 hours later she said go home. You’re fine and please don’t come back. Now I’m rowing 10,000 meters every other day and biking 20,000 on my off days.
