Dr. Kanwal Razzaq, MD

I was on vacation and needed meds for common illness and saved me from ruining my vacation. Was very impressed with the whole service!

She was suppose to call me on tel a doc. I waited for hour just to get a notification saying to expect my call then with in seconds a second notification say my call was cancelled because she couldn’t reach me. I sat with my phone on my hand for hours waiting for a call. I have no call blockers. I doubled checked. Now I have to reenter the que.

I spoke with Dr. Razzaq over the phone through MD Live. She does have an accent, but I was able to understand most of what she said. She listened to my concerns and asked if I had any further questions/concerns at the end of the call.

Dr. Razzaq is a teledoc provider (MDLive) who provided no expertise, no testing, ignored symptoms, was difficult to understand. She left my child with a dangerous infection by offering no blood or urine tests for his fever and other symptoms (non-COVID). Thankfully urgent care later same day caught the infections and treated accordingly with broad spectrum antibiotics. Medical care should be professional and of some level of quality and concern for patient safety. This experience demonstrated none of those qualities.
