She has no compassion.
I could not be more upset with this doctor for her lack of compassion and care for my daughter’s unique situation. She refused to take the time to really understand our case and acted extremely dismissive towards us, insisting our issues were not ENT-related without bothering to review all of the images or even sit down and examine my daughter herself. We were recommended by several other departments to seek the opinion of an ENT, and she couldn’t be less impressive. I will be taking my daughter to another doctor because I simply cannot stand this provider or frankly anyone in their practice.

My only complaint is that she made me feel like the possibility of my child losing her hearing & needing a hearing aid was no big deal. She made me feel silly for worrying. I believe she compared it to needing glasses. That does not feel the same to me. I will say that after the surgery my child could hear about perfectly, she hasn't heard this well in many many years. My child had several surgeries before by a different doctor and they never worked. I will always be thankful to her for that.

Would not recommend this doctor to anyone. Don't waste your time. Look elsewhere. All about the insurance money is pushing my daughter to have surgery to bank off of a situation without looking at all the possibilities. I spoke to her myself her answers where evasive and not directed towards my daughter's specific situation. Lacks the ability to adequately diagnose a situation due to greed of money from insurance company. I was treated poorly and my concerns for my child were not even considered

She is the best ever n caring. She takes care of my 9 yr old son every time. They have been seeing my son since he was 3 months old with his first surgery. He's had many more thru the years n she is very important to my son. He loves her
