Thorough
Dr. Shukla took the time to talk to my teenaged son thoroughly about how to keep himself healthy and successful in college and adult life overall. He was so genuine and personable it felt more like chatting with family than talking to a doctor.

Dr. Shukla has been amazing! In my 3 years of being treated, he has improved my overall health as well as guiding me away from most of my bad habits. My son contacted me and I referred him as well and now we both are pleased with his services. And FYI, MY CHART has been a great vehicle to communicate directly...Thanks Doc!

Every time I visit he is never welcoming. He is not personable or remember your name. His conversations are short and dry like he's rushing or uninterested..

Terrible customer service. I needed my hypertension medicine prescription refilled and he ignored calls and emails. Told me to wait eight days to even meet with him. Doesn't return telephone calls or communications within their online system. Uses the nurse practitioner to screen calls.

I went in for a physical and I was never even put in a gown. He barely listened to my heart and lung sounds and evaluated my knee pain Without ever seeing my knee. I also was never notified by the office when my lab results were abnormally high.
